My only regret was not finding them sooner! I had some hesitation in using them because Stephanie is a top rated agent, but that is for good reason as she is great at what she does, communicates clearly and directly, and is very organized. They were also good about responding quickly to requests.

I had difficulty finding a healthy home in the areas that I wanted to live and they were patient, had good listening skills, and wonderful negotiating skills. They never tried to show homes above my price range or push a sale of any particular home. They even helped me withdrawal a home contract very professionally and quickly after a unfavorable home inspection that showed much more work needed completed than the home would be worth. I am planning on using them the next time I buy or sell a home.

This was my third time purchasing home but first time in such a ridiculously hot market. I am so grateful to have been represented by Stephanie and her partner, Juli. Stephanie and her team were great to work with in selling my house. It was a bit of a challenging property, with a main house and a large art studio, so it needed just the right buyer. We did hit a glitch midway through and lost a buyer, so to avoid this I would recommend that Stephanie closely oversee all interactions with any potential buyer, including the paperwork delivery. She is a strong negotiator and knows the business inside and out. I definitely recommend her and her team.

This may be the best realtor team in Santa Fe (maybe the world). They were knowledgeable, professional and aggressive in getting things done and making the process easy for us. They came to see the house and set a good price, took photos and video for marketing, put it on the market and sold it immediately. The original buyers backed out so they put it back on the market and it sold again in one day. They handled all the details, there are so many, and never dropped the ball. I cannot recommend them more highly. If you want to sell your home, this is the team. I imagine they would make buying a home as easy.

I had a difficult situation with many twists and turns that included contractors, HOA, Neighbors, Neighbor's Real Estate Agents, etc. There were some issues that required negotiations between 6 parties + opinions from consultants etc. I have bought and sold multiple properties in multiple states which adds up to working with over a dozen agents. If I could, I would never use anyone else. Stephanie, Julie, and Amanda were invaluable in getting a fair deal done. Love them.
